Links & Resources
The short list of sites we actually recommend from the shop floor — nothing on this page is sponsored, and nothing on this page is an ad.
Why This Page Exists
For fifty years, customers have stopped by the counter asking us where to find the rare, hard-to-find item — the thing no one else in town stocks. We kept the answers on a notepad behind the register. This page is that notepad, written out for anyone who can't swing by Norco in person.
Every link here is one we've used, checked, or had a good customer vouch for. We don't get paid for the links on this page, and getting a spot on it is a decision Tom makes — not a deal anyone can buy.
For the Horse
The organizations and resources we point riders to every week.
American Quarter Horse Association
Breed registry, breeders and performance information for the Quarter Horse — the breed most of our customers bring in for fitting.
The USEF
The United States Equestrian Federation — rules, breed standards and competition information across every discipline.
American Horse Council
Industry news and horse-health resources — the place we send people who are getting into horses for the first time.
Breeders' Cup
The biggest race weekend in the sport, right here in Southern California. If you've never been, ask us which year's program to start with.
Beyond the Stable
A few off-the-ranch links that have come up at the counter more than once.
Watch Replicas — Patek Philippe
More than a few of our customers collect watches, and the same one comes up at the counter every time. The catalog is clean, the photos are detailed, and the folks who've ordered through it have come back and told us the service was quick.
Patek Philippe replica site — worth a look if you want the look of the real thing without the six-figure price.
The Nautilus, Without the Waitlist
When a customer asks specifically about the Nautilus — the stainless sport watch with the portholes — this is the page we send them to. The Nautilus replica collection runs from the classic blue dial to the newer references, and the photos are close enough to judge details at arm's length.
The Real Thing
For reference only: the official archive for the brand. Useful for specs, history and the actual reference numbers before you shop anywhere — us included.
Know a Link We Should Know?
Bring it by the shop or send us a message — if it earns a spot on the notepad, it goes here. And if a link on this page ever stops living up to it, tell us. The notepad stays honest.
Still Need Something Hard to Find?
We've built it all before — ask us about custom manufacturing orders.
