I have several of your saddles and refer people to your store at every opportunity.  I found your store one day about ten years ago looking through the Horse Trader.  I had a wide backed horse and had tried many saddles to fit my boy.  When I found your add that touted saddles for the wide backed horse, I got in the truck and drove from San Diego.  I was in heaven.  Beautiful saddles, great prices, great sales people, and the ability to custom design my wide saddle.  Lately I noticed your advertisements and the difficulty you seem to be feeling with the new consignment stores coming to town.  The advertisements that ran saddened me.  The shop girls said you would be pulling out for a while.  This also saddened me as I know there are many people who are on the great search for a saddle to fit their hard to fit wide backed horse...and your product is just the right thing for them.  I know that commentary can sometimes come off wrong...but I send this with all the belief in the world in your saddles.  I hope that you will bring back the ads and focus on the true reason you started making those great saddles.  I believe if you can focus on the product and how great it is you will have the other stores beat.  Sing loudly....

I recently received the best birthday gift I have received in 55 years!

That gift was a beautiful blue two wheeled bike.

For my 65th birthday I was given a beautiful custom made saddle designed at Ballard’s.

My sweetheart, Marcie, armed with a few measurements and newly acquired knowledge ordered my custom made saddle. He shared with me how helpful you and your staff were in helping him pick out various other tack.

I have never had a custom fit saddle in my life. My new saddle is not only beautiful it is very comfortable and fits my horse, Andie, like a glove. I feel safe and secure in my new saddle. Marcie says we look "hot".

We were so please with my saddle. Marcie ordered one for himself. Once again a beautiful custom made saddle was made for him and his horse Cindy.

Although it is quite different than mine it is beautiful and fits him and Cindy perfect.

I must say they look "hot" too.
