I had a wide-backed horse and had tried many saddles to fit my boy. When I found your ad that touted saddles for the wide-backed horse, I got in the truck and drove from San Diego. I was in heaven. Beautiful saddles, great prices, great sales people, and the ability to custom design my wide saddle.

I know there are many people who are on the great search for a saddle to fit their hard-to-fit wide-backed horse... and your product is just the right thing for them. I believe if you can focus on the product and how great it is, you will have the other stores beat.

Hi guys,

I just wanted to take a moment to tell you how irritated I am when I hear people say negative things about your saddles! I am a trainer/broker here in Norco and the Ballard's saddle I use is awesome. It is three years old and has been used on many sizes, shapes and breeds of horses. It has taken me MANY miles, never pinched a horse's withers or left a sore and has MANY more miles left on it.

So, I would like to suggest to all the people having problems, that they bring their horse to you and have it "Professionally Fitted"! A friend of mine has two Ballard's saddles and feels the same.

I recently received the best birthday gift I have received in 55 years! That gift was a beautiful custom made saddle designed at Ballard's.

My sweetheart, Marcie, armed with a few measurements and newly acquired knowledge ordered my custom made saddle. He shared with me how helpful you and your staff were in helping him pick out various other tack.

I have never had a custom fit saddle in my life. My new saddle is not only beautiful it is very comfortable and fits my horse, Andie, like a glove. I feel safe and secure in my new saddle.

We were so pleased with my saddle, Marcie ordered one for himself. Once again a beautiful custom made saddle was made for him and his horse Cindy. Although it is quite different than mine it is beautiful and fits him and Cindy perfect.
